C4/Omnigroup and Oil&Gas Eurasia Ignite Explosive Russian Market

HOUSTON, April 12, 2004 C4/Omnigroup, Inc. today announced they have entered into an agreement to act as Strategic Marketing Partner in the Americas for Eurasia Press, Inc., publishers of Oil&Gas Eurasia magazine. C4/Omnigroup is a full service business-to-business advertising agency and tradeshow exhibit fabricator strategically located in Houston, Texas.

A recognized leader in developing marketing strategies for oil and gas related businesses, C4/Omnigroup has aligned itself with Russia's only independent business-to-business oil and gas magazine focused on showcasing international technologies for the Russian market and analyzing investment trends. Owned by U.S. based Eurasia Press, Inc., OGE is printed in Moscow and distributed throughout Russia's Siberian oilpatch, on Sakhalin Island and in the Caspian.

"It is an alliance built from complimentary strengths," explained Richard Kaminski, President of C4/Omnigroup. "As companies look to build a presence in the emerging Russian market, C4/Omnigroup and OGE offer unsurpassed strength in assisting advertisers in market entry and brand awareness. C4/Omnigroup is an expert in branding and now provides total design and production support for all companies translating their messages for the Russian markets."

"Oil&Gas Eurasia pioneered the b2b oil and gas trade press market in Russia and the Caspian. We target our distribution at readers who buy and make recommendations to buy the latest technology and equipment. And we are bilingual, Russian and English," added Pat Davis Szymczak, Publisher of Oil&Gas Eurasia, and the owner of Eurasia Press, Inc. "We go directly to the Russian oilpatch Siberia, Komi, Sakhalin Island and cities in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, where the "super majors" are launching projects that in this decade will rival the North Sea. With the United States poised to source close to 14 percent of its oil imports from Russia, an alliance between a U.S. energy trade publisher operating in Moscow, and a full service marketing company based in Houston seems a natural fit. Our bilingual format makes it possible for buyers and sellers to communicate. It also gives a comfort factor to advertisers who want to understand the context in which their branding messages are being communicated."

"With our capabilities and those of Eurasia Press, we will continue to develop the strengths of this relationship and ultimately will work together to bring the industry many exciting opportunities, such as establishing new international tradeshows," added Richard. "This is an exciting opportunity to be involved with the development of such a strong market."
