Kazmunaigaz Increases Production 17.5 Percent Over January-October 2010

Kazmunaigaz produced 17.49 percent more crude and gas condensate in the first 10 months of 2010 than it did in the same period in 2009, the company reported in a news release.

Consolidated figures for refining in the same period show 12,221 tons of crude was processed, or 32.79 percent more than int he same period in 2009. Kazastan's three oil refineries processed 9,465 tons of crude.

Kazakhstan also delivered 54,594 tons of crude through its pipelines in the January-October 2010 period, or 3.5 percent more than int he same period in 2009.

Furthermore, 81.773 billion cubic meters of gas was umped along the Intergaz-Central Asia pipeline from January to October 2010, a figure 10.6 percent higher than in 2009.
