Lukoil Announces New VP for Science & Technology

The LUKOIL Press Service would like to announce that Vladimir Mulyak, former Vice President for Technologies and Development of Oil and Gas Fields, has been appointed Vice President for Science and Technology of the Business Segment “Geological Exploration & Production” (part-time) and General Director of LUKOIL-Engineering.

Nikolay Karnaukhov, former General Director of LUKOIL-Engineering, has been appointed Executive Director of the same company.

LUKOIL-Engineering is the parent organization responsible for implementing strategic tasks in order to enhance the utilization efficiency of the Company’s mineral resource base through application of new technologies, introduction of innovations as part of development projects and also due to efficient management of planning and exploration activities.
