The Cabinet decided to increase the authorized capital of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine by almost UAH 22.3 billion, Ukrinform has reported. A relevant resolution of May 29 was published on the government portal.
The Management Board of Novatek approved the extension of the share buyback program until 7 June, 2015, keeping all the terms of the program unchanged, Novatek’s press office said on May 27.
The government is going to cut its share in Rosneft to 50% plus one share from 69.5%, the newspaper Vedomosti has reported. First deputy prime minister Igor Shuvalov said this was planned for 2016.
