Grupa Lotos, which is Poland’s second largest producer of oil products, has concluded a deal with the Norwegian subsidiary of the UK’s Centrica Plc to buy a share in 14 licenses to develop offshore blocks in Norway. The deal is worth $175.8 million. Grupa Lotos is buying 5% in Heimdal block, 20% in Alta, 30% in Byggve/Skirne and 25.8% in Vale.
