More than 50% of over 13,000 minority holders of Russia’s RN Holding, previously known as TNK-BP Holding, have used an offer of the country’s largest oil company Rosneft to buy their shares, a Rosneft source told PRIME on January 20.

Russia’s top oil company Rosneft is unlikely to change the price at which it will buy shares from minority shareholders of TNK-BP, which it acquired earlier this year, Prime has cited CEO Igor Sechin as saying on October 22.

“This is unlikely,” he said.
