Young Professionals From Tatneft Visit Surgutneftegaz

Young professionals of Tatneft Group enterprises visited their colleagues at JSC "Surgutneftegaz". The purpose of the trip was to exchange experience in the production and social areas.

The visit to Surgut was a return visit to the visit of "Surgutneftegaz" scientific and technical conference winners to Tatneft in the fall of 2012. The meeting in the Republic of Tatarstan had been useful for both sides and given a fresh impetus to the development of relations between the young employees of the oil companies with the next step being the trip of the Tatneft's delegation. The delegation included Renat Mamin, Chairman of the Central Council of Young Professionals (CCYP) of the Company, and Danis Dautov, Chairman of the Youth Committee, chairmen of youth committees and councils of young professionals of the Tatneft Production Group enterprises and section heads of the CCYP.

During the visit the delegation met with the management of JSC "Surgutneftegaz" represented by Valery Tatarchuk, Deputy General Director, and Ruslan Kuza, Personnel Department Head, who spoke about the Company's performance, its structure, personnel and social policy, and also with active young functionaries of the Joint Stock Company. In turn, the Tatarstan oil workers presented the information about the work performed in these areas at JSC Tatneft.

The young oilmen of Tatneft also visited a number of important production facilities of "Surgutneftegaz".
