Uzbekistan To Manufacture Oil Field Equipment With Chinese

Uzbekneftegaz and China's Tianjin Ring-Top Petroleum Manufacture Co. ltd have founded a joint venture to manufacture oil and gas industry equipment, UzDaily reports.
the sides signed the foundation documents for UzRT Petroleum Manufacture on an equal-parity basis in June 2010.
Specifically, the enterprise will make 50,000 tons of pipe for drilling, 200 pumps and 1,000 cone bits a year.
The joint venture is expected to begin assembling equipment in the autumn of this year and begin production by the end of 2010.
