Ukrtransnafta Trims Crude Transports to 4.2 Million Tons in Jan-Feb 2011

In January and February 2011, Ukratransnafta cut crude transport by 12.2 percent compared to the same period in 2010, RBK reports citing a source in the Ukrainian government.

Transit to Slovakia and Hungary fell 10 per cent to 2.893 million tons, while supplies to domestic consumers dropped 16.7 per cent to 1.262 million tons.

Shipment through the Druzhba pipeline fell 9.7 per cent to 2.954 million tons. Transit beyond Ukraine fell 10 per cent while supplies to Ukrainian consumers dropped 9.6 per cent.
