Ukrainian Oil Processing Soars 42% in October

Ukrainian oil refineries boosted oil processing by 42.1% in October against September, the news agency Ukrinform reported on November 20, citing the Cabinet’s press office.
“According to the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry, in October, Ukrainian plants boosted oil processing to 385,300 tonnes or by 42.1% against September,” a statement reads.

In particular, PJSC Odesa oil refinery boosted processing by results of the previous months by 194.2% tо 173,000 tonnes, whereas PJSC Ukrtatnafta (city of Kremenchuk, Poltava region) by results by this index in October remained at the September level of 212,300 tonnes.

Comparing the volumes of oil processing at Ukrainian oil refineries in October 2013 and 2012, this index is 35.7% up this year.
