Ukraine’s Ukrgazvydobuvannia Produces 13.7 Million Cubic Meters of Gas in 2013

Ukrgazvydobuvannia increased gas output by 94 million cu m over 11 months of the current year, the news agency Ukrinform reported on December 6.

“By results of 11 months of 2011, PJSC Ukrgazvydobuvannia produced 13,744 million cu m of gas, which is 94 million cu m up against the same period of 2012,” a statement reads.

Since the beginning of the year, drilling units of Ukrgazvydobuvannia drilled 194,000 meters, of which 98,000 meters of operational and 96,000 thousand meters of exploration drilling. Since 2013, the company has commissioned 55 new wells, including 51 gas and four oil wells.

In addition, over 11 months of 2013, 207,000 tonnes of liquefied natural gas was produced and 450,000 tonnes of light oil products.
