SOCAR lays 1,200 km of gas pipelines in Georgia in 2013
In 2013 the SOCAR Georgia Gas company constructed 1,179 kilometers of new gas pipelines and provided natural gas to 37,500 subscribers, according to a message posted on the website of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), with a reference to the SOCAR Georgia Holding's official report for 2013, Trend reported on February 10.
Currently the total length of pipelines in Georgia amounts to 3,969 kilometers, and the total number of subscribers has reached 347,000, according to the message.
