SBK Begins Drilling For TNK-BP in Krasnoyarsk
Servisnaya Burovaya Kompaniya (SBK), a subsidiary of Gazpromneft-Nefteservis, began drilling wells on April 4 under a contract with TNK-BP Management at the Tagulsky licensed block in Krasnoyarsk Territory, the company reported.
Last autumn, SBK won a tender offered by TNK-BP to drill well number 19 at the Tagulsky licensed block and three wells – one test well and two production wells – t the Russko-Rechenskoye field. One of the production wells will have a horizontal section.
Servisnaya Burovaya Kompaniya has worked with TNK-BP previously, successfully drilling well 741 at Russko-Rechenskoye in 2006.
