Russian Gas Price for Ukraine May Fall to USD 230 - Official

Deputy Prime Minister Yuriy Boiko is not ruling out that the price of Russian gas for Ukraine could fall even up to $230 per 1,000 cubic meters, if the oil price declines.

He said this on the Shuster live talk show on December 20, Ukinform has reported.

"God grant that the price of oil be $ 80 per barrel as it was three years ago. Given the formula of the Kharkiv discounts, then we will get the price of gas not $268.5 but $230," the deputy prime minister noted.
