Russia urges, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Norway, Brazil to join effort tostabilize oil prices
Russia has urged Kazakhstan,
Azerbaijan, Norway and Brazil to become involved in the effort to
stabilize prices on oil, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin told
a session of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries
(OPEC).
"We think it is particularly important today to involve independent
oil producers in the effort to stabilize the country's oil market. This
refers primarily to Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Norway and Brazil. All of
them are no less interested in stable and fair prices for oil than
ourselves," he said. – Interfax.com
