Oil processing reaches all-time high in Russia in 2013
In 2013, Russia increased oil processing by 3% to 278mn tons, Energy Minister Aleksandr Novak has told President Vladimir Putin, adding that this was an all-time high.
Novak said 269bn rubles was invested in oil processing in 2013, up from 178bn rubles in 2012.
