A new, high-debit well was launched last week at the Ety-Purovskoye field which is being operated by the Muravlenkovskneft branch of Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz (a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft), the company reported in a news release.
According to the company news release, the daily flow of the new well is 120 tons of Jurassic crude, matching expected plans. The well was drilled in 26 days, though 36 were allotted; it is over 3,000 meters deep.
Since the beginning of the year, 70 test wells have been drilled at fields operated by Muravlenkovskneft; nine of these were drilled at the Ety-Purovskoye field.
