New Pipeline to Be Built in Russia’s Krasnoyarsk Territory

The construction of the Kuyumba-Tayshet oil pipeline has begun in Krasnoyarsk Territory. The pipeline is 719 km long, and 535 km of the pipes will be laid in Krasnoyarsk Territory (the districts Evenkiysky, Boguchansky, Nizhneingashsky and Abansky).

The pipeline’s throughput capacity equals 15mn tons of oil per annum. It is to be completed in Q4 2015. The project provides for laying the pipeline, building four oil pump stations with reservoirs totalling 120,000 cubic meters, four water crossings, housing for servicemen, energy supply, communications and transportation infrastructure, as well as safety and security installations.
