Kremenchuk Refinery to Receive Azerbaijani Crude

July 12, 2011
The Ukrainian government has decided to use crude from Azerbaijan under its cooperation plan with Baku through 2015, the Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Ministry reported on its website.

The decision covers the supply of Azeri crude to be processed at the refinery in Kremenchuk, which is operated by Ukrtatnafta.

"This will help stabilize prices and prevent a deficit of motor fuels on the domestic oil products market", the ministry reported.
