Kazakhstan's Pavlodar Facility Restarts After 30 Days of Capital Repairs

The Pavlodar petrochemicals plant has restarted after 30 days of downtime while capital repairs were made, Deputy General Director of the facility, Yevgeniy Dvurekov, said.

"The first line was launched on June 25 and the second will be launched on August 8. In the second half of the year, we plan to increase crude deliveries and after the capital repairs we will increase loading at the facility. That is, we plan to achieve a scheduled annual output of 4.6 million tons", he said.

Dvurekov said that the facility processed 2.1 million tons of material in the first half of the year.
