Kazakhstan Drilling Companies Invited To North Caspian Project

The North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC) has invited Kazakhstan drilling and well-maintainence companies to take part in developing the Kashagan field for the first time, Kazinform reports from a forum in Atyrau.
Discussion at the forum centred on Kazakhstan companies participating in work at the Kashagan field during its second stage of development. NCOC President Michael Pekarsky told representatives of Kazakhstan companies the volume of work at the Kashagan field during the second stage of development "would create unique chances for Kazakhstan companies to develop by giving them the chance to use leading technologies and managerial experience".
