Heads of Russia’s Rosneft, China’s CNPC discuss joint projects

On May 15, CNPC Chairman Zhou Jiping had a meeting with Mr. Igor Sechin, Rosneft President and Chairman of the Management Board, on deepening strategic cooperation in the oil and gas businesses, CNPC’s press office said on May 16. They compared notes on issues of mutual concern, and made plans for pushing forward the Tianjin JV refinery project. CNPC Vice President Wang Dongjin, PetroChina Chief Engineer Lin Aiguo, and CNPC Deputy Chief Economist Wang Lihua were present at the meeting.
