Energtek Inc., a natural gas solutions company, has recently formed a subsidiary, Pan Energy doo, and completed the technical preparations necessary to begin a low-pressure mobile natural gas delivery and supply project to an industrial energy consumer near Belgrade, Serbia, the company reported in a news release.

Natural gas will be transported from a filling station by Pan Energy to a local food and beverage manufacturer. The customer is an international company owned by a U.K. investment fund with several holdings in the Serbian food and beverage industry.

The parties have agreed to launch a pilot no later than January 31, 2011. Ongoing supply of natural gas will be delivered utilizing Energtek's cost-effective and environmentally-friendly low-pressure mobile transportation solutions.

"We are very pleased to have completed the necessary preparations and we are excited to launch this supply project," said Energtek CEO Lev Zaidenberg. "We are confident that the success of this pilot will open the doors to a large market of industrial energy consumers in Serbia that are in need of an affordable energy source."
