T echmach Group is well known for producing pre-fabricated housing, mobile buildings and buildings. The company is also involved in the design, fabrication and installation of site camps.
Techmach Group is distinguished by its all-inclusive approach. They offer turnkey projects, from the design and approval process to the final delivery of the facility. The customer may choose between a range of products, or a complete infrastructure. In addition, the company can provide other necessary camp support. General camp support services might include any or all of the following: regular diesel generator maintenance, water purifying stations and other equipment. The company’s primary goal is providing comfortable working conditions.
Techmach Group’s manufacturing facility is located in Petrouralsk, which is geographically convenient for production and distribution. The assembly line allows for the fabrication of up to 150 trailers per month. A separate manufacturing line can produce up to 3,000 sq. meters of residential quarters per month. There are now plans in development for ways to further increase the total output capacity.
This will allow the company the flexibility to fulfill large-scale orders, such as camp construction, as well as to respond to single item request, i.e. a small building or a mobile building.
Yermak mobile buildings have a proven track record of excellence, in all types of weather conditions throughout Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent Countries. They have been tested in windy Kazakh prairies and have endured severe winters in the Yamal region (Far North Siberia). An extra durable mobile building framework makes it safe and easy when going long distances via either public roads or off-road. Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning create a pleasant micro climate inside along with comfortable furniture. The installed equipment operates well throughout its operational life.
The company is always on the lookout for the market trends, new materials – so as to keep upgrading and improving the Yermak mobile buildings. It showed its latest achievements in Neftegaz-2008 Exhibition where ways for development were discussed with customers. Besides, experience was shared with other mobile buildings' manufacturers.
Techmach company is frequently involved in projects of upgrading the inventory of big petroleum companies, service divisions, road and bridge building departments, and of Russian Railroads Company.
