The company has been serving Russia and the CIS for more than 10 years, providing software solutions and services for all stages of the E&P process, from seismic data processing and interpretation to well planning and drilling operation monitoring. The workshop was arranged in cooperation with Т-Platforms, a major Russian holding company which operates on the CIS high performance computing market, providing a range of solutions and services for supercomputing, large-scale modeling and simulation.
Workshop reports featured Paradigm innovations in time and depth seismic data processing, structural interpretation, structural and tectonic modeling and seismic facies analysis. Paradigm technology users Tatiana Zhuzhel (TNNC) and Viktor Kasatkin (Gazpromneft) presented their reports and demonstrated the results of work performed using Paradigm software products.
The participants’ opinion poll results showed that technologies in the fields of structural and tectonic modeling (Paradigm™ GeoSec®) as well as stratigraphic analysis and seismic facies classification by neural network method (Paradigm™ Stratimagic®) attracted the greatest the attention.
The workshop was attended by more than 120 representatives from 15 oil and gas companies and oilfield service companies including GazpromNeft Research Center, Geologiya Rezervuara, NPPGM Geoseis, ZapSibNIIGG Federal State Unitary Enterprise, KogalymNIPIneft, PermNIPIneft, SurgutNIPIneft, TNNC et al. The event and the quality of reports presented won a high appraisal of the absolute majority of workshop participants.
