Редакция журнала «Нефть и газ Евразия» объявляет об открытии вакансии на должность главного корреспондента. Соискателями могут стать как российские, так и иностранные (предпочтительно - русскоговорящие) журналисты с опытом работы в сфере энергетики, преимущественно в нефтегазовой отрасли.
Нам необходим специалист, хорошо понимающий специфику нефтегазового сектора России и бывших советских республик, с наработанной базой контактов в компаниях и госструктурах, четко соблюдающий установленные дедлайны.
Преимущество получат кандидаты, способные не только раскрыть тему на стадии написания заметки, но и участвовать в ее визуализации в процессе верстки, работая в одной команде с дизайнерами и редакторами.
Объем работы - три материала за 21 календарный день в месячном цикле подготовки очередного выпуска.

Oil & Gas Eurasia is seeking a Russian or foreign national (preferably bilingual) with a strong background in energy journalism - particularly in oil & gas - to fill the post of Chief Correspondent.

He/she should be familiar with Russia's petroleum industry, possess a wide pool of contacts in companies and authorities, have a quick, inqusitive mind and be able to produce ready-to-print copy within tight deadlines. The applicant should also be able to visualize his/her story and share that vision with editors and designers in the layout stage. The writing workload includes three stories within 21 days. Responsibilities:

•Overall technical integrity of piping design premises and developed engineering documents.
• HSEQ standards, procedures and best practice application to civil engineering design and construction plan
•Defining and specifying geotechnical and geophysical surveys
•Defining piping routing
•Internal design and subcontracted design supervision
•Material selection and specification
•ITT preparation and bid technical evaluation
•Planning, review and follow-up of piping material purchasing, construction and commissioning
•Flow assurance follow-up from design to start-up
•Estimating piping cost and schedule
•Providing technical support to pipeline construction works contractors

Requirements:

Engineering degree
At least 5 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience
At least 3 years of civil engineering experience
Fluent English
