Water-Fuel Emulsion Will Regenerate Degraded Fuel

Vector Company has developed equipment allowing degraded fuel to be regenerated via ultrasonic action while combining water with oil fuel at the molecular level to form the water-fuel emulsion.

Such treatment results in the binding (agglutination) of water and fuel molecules whereby water becomes a catalyst of the combustion process rather than a ballast preventing the boiler from normal operation.

The water molecules amalgamated with the fuel molecules on entry into the combustion chamber are the first to develop microexplosions and split the fuel molecules. The phenomenon of fuel combustion intensification during its conversion into the water-fuel emulsion was described in research papers published by the Fossil Fuels Institute. Molecular level combination of water and fuel-oil is considerably enhancing the progress of separate stages of both separate combustion process stages and the entire process in general.

The uniqueness of our equipment consists in the invention of an effective method whereby application of ultrasonic waves and cavitation ensure the most qualitative distribution of water molecules across the fuel while providing maximum effect in combustion.

Addition of water into the burnt fuel-oil will allow you to improve the combustion process performance, while cutting on the fuel costs by 20 to 25 percent. By adding the waste oily water into fuel-oil instead of common water, you can reduce the cost of burnt fuel and improve environmental situation around your enterprise in parallel.

The issue of the day for the majourity of businesses is the use of degraded fuel-oil or fuel-oil featuring high water cut. Our system will enable usage of the above problem mixes in the manufacture of water-fuel emulsion thus assuring high profits and fuel cost economy.

The air emissions of nitrogen and sulfur oxides and other pollutants into the air drop several fold by burning the fuel-water emulsion. The results of analysis of industrial emissions from the boiler plants which run our equipment are several times lower than the specified limits.

The emulsion system is intended for preparation of the fuel-water emulsions on the basis of regular and degraded fuel-oils.

In contrast to the fuel oil, the water-fuel emulsion made by our equipment has the following features:
• higher calorific capacity;
• lower flash-point;
• structured state of aggregation;
• homogeneous dispersed composition;
• lower viscosity;

Our equipment reliability is secured through:
• no rotating parts;
• volumetric high-intensity product ultrasonication within a wide range of frequency-amplitude characteristics;
• multifield and long ultrasonication;
• development of texotropic product status for the purpose of dispersed state of product aggregation

It is known that fuel-oil in terms of cumulative contaminants indicators is no better than some solid fuels. Extended oil refining is increasing the ratio of heavy fractions in the fuel-oil makeup, the resinous-asphaltenic materials in the first row. Since the resinous-asphaltenic materials are the ones that tend to concentrate the bulk of nitrogen and sulfur compounds in oil, they are increasing the air emissions of nitrogen and sulfur oxides, cancerogenes and smoke particles.
