The Fidmash company, which is one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality coiled tubing equipment, has recently expanded the range of its products and can now offer a new complex of frac equipment.
The main principle of the fracturing method is delivery of a specific proppant-carrying viscious pill into an oil-bearing formation zone.
Most often such a frac fluid is water containing some viscosity-increasing (and other agents). These agents are added shortly before injection, so that the fluid changes its consistency by the time it gets to the oil-bearing stratum. By means of such a viscous pill, a high-tensile ceramic proppant is delivered to the formation, which prevents closure after pressure relief.
The complex of frac equipment manufactured by Fidmash is designed specially for realization of the process of injection of proppant-carrying fluid into the formation.
This complex includes the following components:
- Mixing system (blender) - 1 unit;
- Frac pumper - from 2 to 6 units (or more);
- Control station - 1 unit;
- Manifold trailer (unit) - 1 unit;
- Proppant feeder - from 1 to 4 units (or more).
The complex may also include oil tank farm and wellhead connections package.
