Uralmash - Drilling Equipment Launches New Mobile Drilling Rig

Uralmash - Drilling Equipment (Yekaterinburg), part of URALMASH-VNIIBT, Integra Group's equipment manufacturing division, announced the design and launch of a next generation, state-of-the-art mobile drilling rig, the URALMASH 3200/200 DER-М. This new drilling rig has been manufactured in accordance with technical specifications of КСА Deutag (Germany).

The drilling rig, classified as heavy drilling equipment, has a lifting capacity of 200 tons and provides drilling depth capacity of 3,200 meters.

During presentation, which took place in Yekaterinburg late this April, Vitaly Tkachev, Integra Group's Executive Vice President for Equipment Manufacturing and President of URALMASH-VNIIBT said: "The manufacture of this state-of-the-art, international standard mobile drilling rig represents a great achievement for us. The drilling rig will add to the technological and commercial efficiency of our clients' projects while ensuring maximum environmental safety within drilling processes."

The mobile drilling rig URALMASH 3200/200 DER-М, equipped with a variable speed drive, is designed for drilling oil and gas wells in temperate zones (temperatures range from -45 С to +40 С). This rig can also be used for well workovers.

the basic rig equipment has a modular design and is vehicle-mounted. Truck tractors are used to transport and install the modules at the field. Other blocks and large units are transported by general purpose vehicles. Rig modules are ready to operate and are furnished with all required communication lines, heaters, control panels and electric equipment.

The drilling rig equipment is certified to API standards.
