Naftogaz Ukrainy Has No Debts

The Gazprom Headquarters yesterday hosted a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Company’s Management Committee and Oleg Dubina, Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz Ukrainy.

The parties discussed the state of implementation of the Agreement on the development of relations in the gas industry.

The parties pointed out that the key provisions of the Agreement were being generally fulfilled and at the moment Naftogaz Ukrainy had no overdue debt.

The parties expressed their readiness to continue constructively interacting and to start discussing the terms and conditions of long-term cooperation.
